Cub Scouts
Join The Challenge!
Cubs meet
once a week, playing games, doing crafts, learning, and working
together to create cool and exciting things.
Cub Scouts means fun
learning
and adventure!
Cub Scouts learn
about working together, respecting others and sharing in the fun of
discovery with their trained and warranted section leaders.
Plus...
You'll learn the Scout
Salute, the Handshake, the Motto, the Grand Howl, Pack Calls, the Cub
Scout Law and the Cub Scout Promise. The leaders will help you. You'll
soon be making friends with the other Cub Scouts and having a terrific
time! Cub Scouts work in teams of six, called "sixes". Each
six has a six leader.
All Cub Scouts
are World Members of the Scouting Movement. Cubs can learn and earn a
wide range of (over 40) badges including: the Naturalist badge, the
First Aider badge, the Explorer badge and the Handy badge.
Cubs uniforms
consist of a green shirt, gray or tan pants or shorts, the Mornington
blue and white scarves and the Cubs woggle. All Cubs wear the purple
and white World Membership patch.
The Cub Scout
Promise:
I Promise To
Do My Best,
To Do My Duty To My God
The Queen And My Country,
To Help Other People And To Live By The Cub Law
The Cub Scout Law:
Cubs Do Their Best,
Think Of Others,
And Do A Good Turn Every Day.
